IT Endpoint Engineer

Ascent Resources is seeking an experienced IT Endpoint Engineer. This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK and will report to the Director – IT Infrastructure.

This role is responsible for managing and supporting endpoint devices across the organization including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Intune, software packaging and deployment, Windows update management, vulnerability management, and Audio-Visual (AV) support for conference rooms. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Primary Duties & Responsibilities* Endpoint Management:

+ Deploy and maintain endpoint configurations and security baselines + Maintain software catalog and version control + Ensure timely patching and compliance across all supported devices + Collaborate with the Security team to apply security patches and configuration changes + Monitor vulnerability reports and assist with endpoint hardening initiatives + Troubleshoot and maintain video conferencing hardware and software (Q-Sys, Yealink) + Analyze and resolve advanced endpoint, application, and system issues

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Minimum Requirements:* Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and mobile device management (MDM)

Preferred:* Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.)

Education & Work Experience Required Minimum Requirements:* 3+ years of experience in endpoint management or related IT roles

Preferred:* Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar
