Job Summary:
The Digital Automation Intern will support the development, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to enhance internal business processes. This role will assist in integrating Power Platform solutions with data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, and Dataverse, and may contribute to building dashboards and reports in Power BI. Working closely with business teams, the intern will help identify automation opportunities, propose technical solutions, and document processes. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in a technology-related field, has strong problem-solving and communication skills, and is eager to learn and apply workflow automation tools within Microsoft 365.
This is a part-time, non-benefited internship position with flexible hours. Currently enrolled junior, senior, and graduate students are encouraged to apply.
- Develop and customize applications using Microsoft Power Apps to improve internal workflows.
- - Automate business processes using Power Automate (flows, approvals, integrations).
- Assist in connecting Power Apps with data sources like SharePoint, Excel, and Dataverse.
- Support in building dashboards and reports using Power BI (if applicable).
- Collaborate with business teams to identify automation needs and propose technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.
- Document solutions and workflows.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
