Description Job Functions/Duties (may be assigned other duties by management)
- Schedule work assignments for employees assigned to perform daily inventory activities
- Review work of others through standard reports, activity logs, and task requests; assess quality and address any associated issues
- Maintain inventory as required by production schedules and/or customer orders
- Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusting errors in computation or count, or investigating and reporting reasons for discrepancies
- Compare identifying information and count, weigh, or measure items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
- Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of service, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency
- Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist employees in solving work problems
- Interpret company policy to employees and enforces safety regulations
- Recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action
- Work performed to the highest quality standard
- Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action

- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases
- Good oral and written communication and analytical skills
- Must have experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with stringent deadlines, and working in an environment, which requires flexibility, innovation, and organization
- Experience in oilfield service environment a plus
- Ability to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight
- Experience performing inventory transactions in computer-based inventory systems
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of inventory warehouse experience required
- Supervisory and organizational skills required
- Normal office environment and occasional exposure to plant environment during the course of normal job duties
- Continuously required to move about the facility
- Occasional travel and On call required
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hard hat and safety shoes while in shop environment or on job site
