Inventory & Merchandising Manager

Job Summary:

Lake Oconee Ace Hardware in Eatonton, GA is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented associate to join our team! We have a vibrant and whimsical gift and clothing store specializing in unique, handcrafted, and locally sourced treasures that bring joy to every occasion so we need someone who can keep it all beautifully organized!

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory records across all product categories

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reorders with vendors

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments

- Manage inventory software and ensure data integrity

- Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to forecast demand

- Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies

- Optimize storage and display strategies for efficiency and appeal

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of inventory management experience (retail preferred)

- Proficiency with inventory software and POS systems

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs

- Passion for retail and a love of giftable goods!
