About This Job

You will be responsible for the wind tower component’s stock for the whole plant. You will ensure the supply and the availability of the parts taking into account our production needs. You will also work closely with the purchasing and production employees to ensure the optimal operations coordination.

$22.50 - $26.00 depending on experience.

AS AN INVENTORY CONTROL, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

•

Receive and issue material in the system;

•

Verify the delivered part’s quality and conformity, analyzing blueprint and performing visual and dimensional inspection;

•

Follow up with the non-compliant parts: point out non compliances in the system, inform quality employees, verify disposition, inform purchasing;

•

Manage inventory according to the parts required for each project;

•

Manage project changeover and obsolete inventory;

•

Perform cycle counts and inventory management for various components across the facility;

•

Ensure constant tracking of parts inventory so as not to delay production;

•

Collaborate with the purchasing department employees’ to avoid delay in delivery;

•

Transmit information about missing parts to purchasing department;

•

Manage the ordering of required clothing/gear for team members such as uniforms, boots, earplugs, protective eyewear, cold weather gear, etc.;

•

Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

•

Climb stairs and ladders; work at heights;

Lift and carry between 30-50 lbs.;

•

Tolerate exposure to weather, hot/cold environments.
