Inventory Clerk- Warehouse Material Handler (temp to hire)

The Inventory Technician organizes and performs the day-to-day activities involved in packaging orders. This role contributes to the efficiency and productivity within the warehouse functions. Contributing to the smooth functioning and delivery of on- time shipments is of high priority within this role. Receiving, pulling, packing and organization of the warehouse are essential duties in this role.

- Effective, professional, and timely, ongoing communication and intricate coordination with related departments, managers and staff to accomplish goals.

- Continuous self-evaluation of productivity and suggestions of alternatives to increase productivity.

Core Responsibilities

Effective communication with team members to ensure productivity and efficiency

Physically receive all inbound deliveries

Pull for processing all outbound deliveries

Assist packaging team members as needed

Maintain bins in small parts area

Maintain a clean, safe and organized storage area

Education

High School Diploma or GED

SAP Experience a PLUS

- 1-2 years of proven related job experience in warehouse operations

- Able to communicate clearly and effectively

Proven ability to successfully perform warehouse, shipping and receiving duties
