We are currently searching for a driven and ambitious Inventory Analyst who wants to take their career to the next level. The Inventory Analyst responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, forecasting demand, optimizing stock levels and supporting inventory planning processes. This role ensures inventory accuracy and availability to meet customer and needs while minimizing carry cost and waste.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances and areas for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels across locations to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models based on historical data and market trends.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics and production teams to align supply and demand.
- Perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies or stockouts.
- Prepare inventory performance reports, KPI’s and metrics for management. Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits; ensure accuracy of physical and system inventory.
- Recommend inventory management practices, reorder points and safety stock levels.
- Use ERP/MRP systems to manage and track inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory processes and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 5 years experience in inventory analysis, demand planning, or supply chain preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with focus on data analytics
- Experience with inventory management software and SAP Business One ERP system.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies will be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to travel is/as required.
- All successful candidates will be required to have a criminal background check.

- Work schedule will consist of dayshift rotation, Monday - Friday.
