Responsibilities

+ Setting appropriate inventory levels for the cycles throughout the year + Tracking turn rates + Supporting physical inventory audits and cycle counts + Liaising with Procurement, Distribution, Transmission, Shops, Warehouse, Engineering, Project Management Office, Vendors and other stakeholders to facilitate appropriate communications + Coordinating costing requirements with Finance + Reporting + Preparing quarterly inventory working papers (i.e cycle counts) + Reconciling Work-in-Progress accounts + Reviewing gain/loss entries + Support identification of obsolete inventory and reconciling to Provision for Loss account + Maintaining inventory controls to ensure compliance to regulatory body requirements + Audits + Auto PO function + APCG + Sourcing alternate goods and/or samples Requirements
