Your Impact

As an Intern, Environmental Technician at the Equity Silver site, you’ll support environmental monitoring and remediation efforts critical to the safe operation of legacy mine infrastructure. Your hands-on work will help ensure regulatory compliance and protect local ecosystems during the summer field season.

This is a casual, term-based summer internship opportunity with a competitive hourly wage ofup to $31.45. The final offered wage will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is CAD $ 31.45. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
