What You’ll Be Doing

Manage end-to-end project execution for HVAC and plumbing insulation scopes across commercial, residential, and industrial projects

Review project specs, mechanical plans, and site conditions to plan and sequence insulation work

Coordinate with internal HVAC teams, field crews, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution

Track material procurement, manage vendor relationships, and control costs

Provide support for field teams including manpower planning, safety, and problem-solving

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and installation standards

Monitor project budgets, change orders, and progress reports

Support estimating team with takeoffs and scope development when needed

Experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical or insulation field.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
