Instrumentation & Controls Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Coordinator to support operations in Midkiff, TX. This role provides subject matter expertise on instrumentation, control systems, and analyzers, ensuring safe and reliable operations. The I&C Coordinator will partner closely with operations and maintenance teams, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and input into maintenance design, turnarounds, and new projects.

Responsibilities:

- Prior experience in a closely related I&C role.

- Strong background in maintenance of instrumentation, control systems, analyzers, and PLC/DCS equipment.

- Knowledge of SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) requirements for operations and maintenance.

- Skills in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.

- Discipline-appropriate certification(s) or equivalent industry experience.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to influence without authority.

- Adaptable to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities.
