, you will play a key leadership role in advancing

trols engineering discipline. You will provide technical expertise, project oversight, and mentorship while driving innovation and ensuring excellence in project delivery. At higher levels, this role also involves shaping engineering strategies, guiding stakeholder engagement, and influencing organizational decisions.

Position Responsibilities:

All Levels III, IV, V

- Perform equipment sizing & selection, alternative analyses, and other deliverables

- Support the engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities

- Present engineering and design deliverables to project members, cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, clients, and other stakeholders

- Plan, forecast, and actualize deliverable progress to support project reporting and schedule requirements

- Identify scope changes and estimate impact to effort and schedule

- Prepare, review, and approve instrumentation equipment, conduit, and wiring calculations, requisitions, lists, studies, reports, BOMs, and designs

- Develop Operating Controls Philosophy and Cause & Effect Diagrams, review HMI layout and Network Architecture Diagrams

Level IV

- Support proposal efforts by evaluating RFP scope, identifying list of deliverables, and estimating effort required

- Participate in project scoping and estimation

- Lead in a senior role, providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to the instrumentation and controls engineering discipline

- Work is highly independent

Level V

- All responsibilities of level IV

- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan

- Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility

- Participate in stakeholder management, Fit/Gap analysis, and needs analysis

- Lead at the highest discipline level, managing the instrumentation and controls engineering team, overseeing design and execution of projects, and providing expertise and guidance

Qualifications:

- 4 - 10+ years of experience, depending on the level of the positioBachelor's degree in engineering required

- Professional Engineer licensure preferred

- Extensive knowledge and experience in instrument and controls engineering principles and practices

- Advanced proficiency in engineering software and tools for system design, simulation, and analysis

- Ability to interpret and create technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

- In-depth understanding of process control systems and automation technologies

- Strong knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and best practices

- Ability to develop and implement instrumentation and control engineering standards and guidelines
