What You Will Do:

This role analyzes, develops, implements and evaluates performance based technical training programs. Maintains technical subject matter expertise and understanding of current business processes. Acts as subject matter expert in specific area of technical (operational) expertise.

Who You Are:

4 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree

6 years of experience with an associate degree

8 years of experience with a high school/GED

- Knowledge of company organization and operations areas.

- Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.

- Full competency in skills related to specific job area.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good problem solving, time management and personal computer skills.

- Ability to competently use all software applications critical to the target audience.

- Ability to present material in an understandable way to large and small groups

- Ability to analyze and organize information and develop training programs and classes.

- Ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment used by the target audience.

- Ability to lead and coach.

- Ability to process information and questions quickly and develop answers

Working Conditions

Office Work Environment 76 -100%

Travel Up to 25%

Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to):

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both field & office) include but are not limited to:

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
