JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist with onboard of new learning systems and new user experiences in AI.

· Assist with instructional design, development, and deployment of learning materials and products for CISD business partners.

· Assist with review and revision of existing learning materials and products.

· Assist with AI, AR, and/or VR integrated technologies and applications to learning and innovation projects.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Associate’s degree with 7+ years’ equivalent experience.

· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience desired in graphic arts, instructional design, and adult education with 5+ years’ experience.

· Master’s and/or PhD with 5+ years’ experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· 5+ years’ experience with instructional design, development, and deployment of learning materials and products.

· Firm understanding and expertise in AI

· Strong experience in developing or supporting AI, AR, or VR environments.

· Moving and still graphics experience.

· Understanding of project management and task management.

DESIRED SKILLS:

· Writing assessments and knowledge checks experience.

· Developing curricula experience.

· Having worked in Sales/Marketing culture before.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Teamwork skills.
