Overview:
We're seeking an experienced eLearning Specialist to design and develop blended learning solutions that support various training needs. This is a hybrid, contract-based role focused on creating engaging digital and instructor-led content using Articulate tools.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Design and develop digital and instructor-led training content.
•
Work with subject matter experts to build or enhance course interactions.
•
Use Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Studio to build SCORM/AICC-compliant content.
•
Develop SMART learning objectives and audio scripts.
•
Create and edit multimedia assets (.PNG, .SVG, video, etc.).
•
Deliver projects independently, meeting timelines and quality standards.
•
Provide clear, regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
•
4+ years of experience in eLearning design and development.
•
Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Studio.
•
Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
•
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
•
Experience publishing SCORM 1.2 and AICC-compliant content.
•
Bachelor’s degree in a learning-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
Schedule:
•8 hour shift
8 hour shift
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Albany, NY 12207
