Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Instructional Course Designer with a background in Electrical, Technical, or Engineering education. This full-time position blends curriculum development with in-person support for high school training labs and safety instruction.
The successful candidate will design SCORM-compliant eLearning, assist with marketing courses, and support live instruction 2–3 hours daily in a high school lab setting.
Must be CTE certified or willing to begin the process.
Must pass a background check to work around youth.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop interactive eLearning modules using Moodle, Articulate, iSpring, and Camtasia
•Create curriculum for electrical safety, theory, and technical subjects
•Assist in classroom lab instruction and student supervision (2–3 hrs/day)
•Maintain safety standards and collaborate with instructors
Qualifications Required:
•Degree in Electrical/Technical field (Associate with experience considered)
•2+ years instructional design or technical training
•Proficiency in Moodle LMS, SCORM, and authoring tools
•CTE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
•OSHA 10/30 certification
•High school or vocational teaching experience
•Mobile/adaptive learning design skills
