Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate the after sale process for solar. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can effectively manage and ensure customer satisfaction. The Installation Manager will play a crucial role in business development, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Duties

- Lead and manage installation teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on B2B sales and account management.

- Conduct warm calling to generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote installation services and drive technology sales.

- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable installations.

- Provide technical sales support, addressing client inquiries and offering solutions that meet their requirements.

- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.

- Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in installation management or a related field, with a strong understanding of technical sales processes.

- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful B2B sales.

- Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams to achieve performance goals.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.

- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and analysis purposes.

- Experience in marketing strategies related to technology sales is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
