Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a focus on time management and effective communication. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

•

Lead and manage installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

•

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information among team members and stakeholders.

•

Conduct thorough construction estimating to develop accurate budgets for projects.

•

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.

•

Utilize project management software such as Jobber.

•

Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met.

•

Monitor project performance, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise during the installation process.

•

Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any deviations from the plan.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of the project.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

•

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

•

Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and tools.

•

Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation.

•

Experience using construction management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, Prolog, or Civil 3D is preferred.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.

•

Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
