Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a focus on time management and effective communication. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
•Lead and manage installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
•Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information among team members and stakeholders.
•Conduct thorough construction estimating to develop accurate budgets for projects.
•Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
•Utilize project management software such as Jobber.
•Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met.
•Monitor project performance, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise during the installation process.
•Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any deviations from the plan.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of the project.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
•Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and tools.
•Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation.
•Experience using construction management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, Prolog, or Civil 3D is preferred.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.
•Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
