Job Title: Install Coordiantor
Work Hours: Full time, Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
•Oversee various aspects of install projects from beginning to end:
•Schedule installations with customers
•Coordinate subcontractors and/or crane services as needed
•Order equipment and special materials for each project
•Communicate the scope of work to the install crews via job sheets
•Pull permits with the proper jurisdiction
•Coordinate inspections upon job completion
•Register equipment for warranty purposes
•Create invoices and collect payments from customers
•Maintain the Comfort Advisor's schedule and schedule quotes for customers
•Maintain the install schedule and work with the install manager to make adjustments as needed
•Answer multi‐line phone system and route calls
•Communicate with the warehouse manager to ensure necessary materials are available
•Provide weekly reports to management
•Issue POs and order materials as needed
•Back up the service dispatcher as needed; schedule service calls and dispatch technicians
•Other administrative office duties as required
Job Requirements:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to calmly and clearly communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers.
•Must be able to multi task and prioritize work according to the needs of our customers.
•Must be comfortable with computers and able to adapt to new software programs. Experience with Service Titan & QuickBooks is preferred.
•Must be able to work independently and problem solve, but also able to collaborate with the team.
•Ability to operate office equipment (e.g., copier, printer, fax, multi‐line phone system)
Minimum high school diploma or GED required
•2 years customer service experience required
•Must be able to wrok in an office environment
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to remain seated in a normal position for long periods of time

•Regularly required to maintain balance while walking, standing, crouching, or running
•Routinely required to reach up and out with hands and arms
•Constantly communicates with internal and external customers in person and via telephone. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations and be able to recognize and distinguish emotions.
•Regularly required to use hands to grasp objects, type, pick up objects, move objects, or hold objects
•Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
•Occasionally required to lift up to 15 pounds and carry a distance of 10 feet
•Occasionally required to push and/or pull up to 15 pounds a distance of 10 feet
•Routinely required to stand for long periods of time
•Constantly identifies and detects written information on equipment labels, written communication, forms and other labels/documents
•Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as copy machine and calculator.
