The Infrastructure Manager is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of network and infrastructure engineers supporting Compass’ enterprise network, server infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives across all corporate locations. This role ensures that infrastructure systems align with evolving business needs, supporting application performance, data integrity, and operational continuity. Responsibilities include overseeing outsourced services, leading infrastructure projects, and managing enterprise systems such as M365, O365, Firewalls, VPN, Ansible and other hardware solutions. The appropriate candidate will possess strong people leadership skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Essential Job Functions: Include but are not limited to the following:

- Lead infrastructure operations: data centers, cloud (Azure, Google, M365), servers, storage, and networks.
- Lead, and manage implementation of secure, resilient technology solutions aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, budgets, vendor contracts, and SLAs.
- Supervise and mentor internal staff and external vendors.
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to align strategies and drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal governance processes.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and configuration standards.
- Promote Agile/SAFE practices and continuous improvement culture.
- Provide ethical, values-driven leadership by mentoring teams, managing vendors, and aligning IT strategies with organizational goals to deliver high-quality services.
- Strong background in best practices for Infrastructure design, system security, and IT asset management.
- Perform other duties as assigned
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 8 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management
- 4 years in leadership roles.
- Experience with multi-site/global infrastructure, vendor management, and cloud platforms.
- Foundational knowledge and ability/willingness to grow skills in Infrastructure design, system security, and IT asset management. Proven problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team development and individual growth planning.
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
