Industrial Mechanics Engineer (CEP)

Your future role on our team

BBA is seeking a candidate to the engineering profession (CEP) in mechanical engineering to support our design and project tracking activities across Canada. You’ll play a key role in all phases of engineering projectsand produce high-quality technical deliverables. You’ll also make occasional site visits.

- Be a key team member in executing small to major industrial plant modernization projects

- Assist experienced staff with complex technical issues

- Perform in-plant technical information surveys

- Perform calculations and technical surveys

- Draft documents in accordance with our corporate quality system requirements

- Prepare plans and specifications

- Help prepare proposals

- Supervise work and the commissioning of designed systems

Summary of certifications and job requirements

- Certified member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (CEP)

- University degree in mechanical engineering

- Interest in the heavy industry sector

- Fluency in spoken and written French and ability to draft technical documents in French

- Asset: relevant experience in site monitoring
