You have completed a BS in Safety Engineering, Safety, Operations Safety, the Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or Engineering. You have completed at least 20 semester (30 term) credits in any combination of biology, chemistry, engineering, environmental health, industrial hygiene, physics, physiology, or toxicology. You may have obtained comparable experience in lieu of degree and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

As an Industrial Hygienist in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include anticipating, recognizing, evaluating, and controlling occupational safety and health hazards at a commercial nuclear fuel manufacturer. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $77,968.80 - $80,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
