Req’s: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or closely related field of study, or equivalent foreign degree. 2 years of experience in a lean or quality engineering position, or in a closely related engineering role. Must have a total of 2 years of work experience with a combination of all of the following: directing Kaizen events and CI teams; reviewing and creating job standards and work instructions; working with routings and bills of materials on MES systems; and applying safety reviews and audits on machines, processes, and inventory management.
