At Charter Aarrowcast, our maintenance team is the backbone of our operation, keeping everything running smoothly. They tackle a variety of challenges, from installing and maintaining equipment to troubleshooting complex problems and executing preventive maintenance plans. They think fast on their feet, are self-directed problem-solvers, and collaborate effectively to ensure minimal downtime. Here, you'll wear many hats, play a vital role in maximizing uptime, and never get bored!

On our weekend shift, you will only work 3 days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday on our 12 hour shift. Have your week days off!

Position Specifics

What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep the plant running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical systems. You’ll work under the Maintenance Supervisor and follow safety and quality standards to reduce downtime and boost productivity.

Weekly plant shutdown begins Fridays at 6:00 AM and ends Mondays at 6:00 AM.
