AluChem of Little Rock is seeking a dependable Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Technician to support our plant operations. The ideal candidate is skilled in electrical systems and also comfortable performing mechanical repairs. Key Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, controls, and equipment

- Perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance to minimize downtime

- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

- Conduct preventative and emergency maintenance on plant equipment

- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company/OSHA standards

Requirements

- Industrial electrician experience required (manufacturing/plant environment preferred)

- Ability to perform mechanical repairs in addition to electrical work

- Must have a valid driver’s license (required for consideration)

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up (no call/no show will not be tolerated)
