Excellent attention to detail, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship in all finished products

•

Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit, especially when working with owner to achieve specific results

•

Must demonstrate a positive, professional attitude that values collaboration and teamwork, thriving in a close-knit, supportive community essential to our small business environment

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity for a seasoned sewing professional who takes pride in quality, values attention to detail, and enjoys working on a diverse range of products

Crafting high-quality decorative pillow covers

•

Curtains, and other home goods if skill set is met

•

Collaborating closely with founder to bring in house designs to life

•

Ensuring meticulous finishing on all pieces, with a focus on quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal

•

Performing quality checks on all items, inspecting seams, zippers, closures, and hems to meet standards

•

Working with precision and efficiency

•

Occasionally providing advice on fabric choices and construction methods to optimize both style and functionality when asked by owner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
