Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial and restoration projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role may require occasional job site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
•Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
•Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
2. Project Execution:
•Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
•Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
3. Risk Management:
•Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
•Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
4. Communication:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and finance teams.
5. Quality Control:
•Ensure projects meet quality standards, conducting inspections and tests as necessary.
•Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Budgeting and Cost Management:
•Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost optimization.
•Ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
7. Team Collaboration:
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance.
•Provide communication and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
•2-5+ years of project management experience in industrial or restoration services
•Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
•Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Computer/Techonology literate is abig plus (online tools/App)
•May be required for job site visits
•Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month
