We're now building a dynamic, motivated sales team to drive our growth and share the benefits of solar energy.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking ambitious, self-driven Independent Solar Sales Consultants to join our Florida sales team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position — perfect for those who value flexibility, are motivated by performance-based income, and enjoy helping homeowners make smart energy decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and close sales through company-provided and self-sourced leads

- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and financing options

- Conduct site evaluations (training provided) and assist customers with proposal and contract process

- Build relationships with local communities and networking groups

- Attend regular virtual or in-person sales training sessions

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable, insured vehicle

Ability to pass a background check (at your own expense)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable

Professional appearance and demeanor

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred (but not required):

Sales experience (solar, roofing, home improvement, alarms, real estate, car sales or insurance)

Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, etc.)

Prior knowledge of solar energy systems

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position, with rates set according to experience and performance. High-earning potential for top producers, with training and mentorship available for those new to the industry.
