Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and managing your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients.
Duties

Conduct outside sales activities to promote and sell our products within your designated territory.
•
Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
•
Identify and analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
•
Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
•
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.
•
Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Skills
•
Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside or territory sales environments.
•
Strong knowledge of technical sales processes and product demonstrations.
•
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
•
Ability to negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
•
Familiarity with retail sales techniques is a plus.
•
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective engagement with clients.
•
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
