We are now seeking experienced Hydro Excavation Operators join our Livonia, MI-based crew to complete hydro excavation work for our customers. If you want to work in a career focused on improving the health of our country's underground infrastructure, this may be for you!
This position will require regular travel during the work week, Monday - Friday, within the state of Michigan, and includes company-paid business travel expenses (transportation, lodging, and daily meal per diem).
A current CDL A or B is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and professional operation of our Hydro Excavation units, maintaining all working equipment to ensure it is in good operating condition, mobilizing equipment to the site and operating the equipment in a safe manner. You will use the equipment to hydro excavate to expose utilities such as gas, water, electric, sanitary and telephone. You will be responsible for completing all required administrative paperwork (e.g., time sheets, truck mobilization/ demobilization logs, schedules, etc.) accurately, and within the specified timelines. You will also haul/tow equipment to and from job sites, and maintain and keep all hydro excavation equipment in good operating condition by adjusting, cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs. You will also perform other related work as needed.

Additional information: Hours are generally 40-60 hours a week (overtime is never guaranteed) and additional hours based upon job needs. May be required to report to multiple different shop locations based on project needs.
