We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AC Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations, specifically for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) components. The ideal candidate will assist in receiving, storing, and distributing air conditioning units, parts, and equipment while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
•
Receive and inspect incoming AC units and components for damage or discrepancies.
•
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare HVAC products for Installs.
•
Maintain organized storage of inventory, ensuring products are easily accessible.
•
Load and unload deliveries using forklifts or pallet jacks
•
Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management systems.
•
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
•
Follow company procedures for equipment handling and hazardous materials.
•
Assist HVAC technicians with retrieving necessary parts and supplies.
•
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment & job staging
Qualifications
•
High school diploma or equivalent.
•
Prior warehouse experience, preferably in HVAC or construction-related industries.
•
Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
•
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
•
Forklift certification preferred.
•
Knowledge of AC parts and HVAC systems is a plus.
•
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
•
Monday to Friday
•
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
