Job Description: Technician Level II
The candidate must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast- paced environment.
Must be accomplished in providing a superior customer service experience, as it pertains to the retail business of heating and cooling, in both residential and commercial environments. A strong technical ability to make repairs and perform maintenance on HVAC equipment is required. The perfect candidate will have a strong work ethic, and honest repair practices while working independently. Required daily morning meetings with a team of other Technicians, and Managers to help develop, and carry out the goals and visions of the company as a whole.
SALARY RANGE:
$25-$30 per hour, depending on experience; plus bonus and commissions
Hours: varies; rotating “on-call” schedule; some evenings and weekends
REQUIREMENTS:
•Ability to pass Pre-employment Drug Screening and Background Check
•7+ years of experience conducting service repair work and quoting installations
•Must have good communication and people skills
•Must have good a clean and neat appearance
•Must be registered with the State of Texas as a certified technician
•Maintain EPA certification card
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must have strong technical ability, able to quickly assess and diagnose HVAC equipment normally encountered in the residential and commercial environment.
•Must have in depth technical knowledge of IAQ products, Ventilation, Filtration, High-efficiency variable speed equipment, etc..
•Applicants must have strong communication and presentation skills.
•Must have a background in presenting IAQ, Maintenance Agreements, and other system upgrades.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
