Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and be proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential areas.

Responsibilities and Duties

•

Successfully complete certification training or any other required training

•

Troubleshoot and Diagnose faulty units

•

Read schematics

•

Braze, pressurize and run low-voltage wiring

•

Assist in installing HVAC Units

•

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems according to specifications and schematics.

•

Conduct routine inspections of heating and cooling systems to identify potential issues.

•

Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and gauges for effective diagnostics and repairs.

•

Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

•

Provide field service support, responding promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.

•

Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.

•

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC/R.

•

Report to schedule appointments on time and be prepared

•

Participate in the routine meetings, workshops, and training as directed by the HVAC Supervisor

•

Responsible for the excellent image of the company while on company time

•

Responsible for performing other duties/tasks assigned by the HVAC Supervisor

Requirements:

•

Must have an active California Driver’s License

•

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role focusing on service technician duties.

•

Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.

•

Must have strong communication skills

•

Must have basic computer skills

•

Must have essential HVAC Tools

•

Solid math skills

•

Must have an EPA license

•

Spanish speaker is a Plus

•

Pass a seven-year background check

•

Pass drug test
