HVAC Technician & Duct Cleaning Specialist

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•
Perform duct cleaning, sanitization and deodorizing services on forced air systems in residential and commercial properties.
•
Operate and maintain air duct cleaning equipment.
•
Conduct inspections of air ducts to assess the level of cleaning required.
•
Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants from air duct systems.
•
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
•
Interact professionally and courteously with clients.
•
Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
•
Load and unload equipment, ensuring all tools are accounted for and well-maintained.
•
Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
•
Accurately scheduling and managing workloads.
•
Identify and report any issues or concerns with the ductwork to the appropriate supervisor.
•
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer questions or concerns.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
•
Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
Qualifications
•
Requires Air Systems Cleaning Specialist certification.
•
Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
•
Possess a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and advanced critical thinking skills.
•
Ability to write through reports, estimates and other documentation.
•
Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work independently, with minimal guidance.
•
Ability to perform physical requirements of the job.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Bi-lingual: English and Spanish
•
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
•
Ability to lift, push and carry heavier items.
•
Authorized to work in the US.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
