Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently in various settings, ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Duties

•

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently.

•

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.

•

Read and interpret schematics to identify problems and implement solutions.

•

Conduct field service visits to residential and commercial properties for system installation, repair, or maintenance.

•

Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.

•

Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.

•

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform appliance repairs.

•

Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.

•

Experience in field service operations is preferred.

•

Ability to weld and perform basic plumbing tasks is a plus.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

•

Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
