Overview: The Lead HVAC Services Technician is responsible for providing local market sales support, technical service delivery, technician development and training. The Lead Technician is the local market Subject Matter Expert for chiller, controls, or mechanical service disciplines. The Lead Technician contributes to local market profitability by assisting the Service Coordinator in the following: coordinating and developing the team on how to profitably execute work, communicate effectively with sub-contractors and customers, understand how their actions impact job profitability and cash flow, and maintain customer satisfaction.
