Current Available Positions: Commercial Service Technician
We are currently looking to hire multiple HVAC Commercial Service Technicians to join our team. Based out of our corporate office in Murrieta, CA, this role involves daily travel to various job locations throughout Southern California to provide top-tier service to our valued clients.

Skills & Qualifications: SERVICE TECHNICIAN
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC servicing and/or system installation
· In-depth knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot the following: Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, Boilers and Chillers, Cooling Towers, VAV boxes, Variable Frequency Drives
· Refrigerant line installation and troubleshooting to include soldering, leak testing, and vacuum testing
· Experience with BACnet controls is a plus
· Ability to work both independently and as a team member
· Positive attitude and attention to detail
· Willingness to work throughout the state of California
Key Responsibilities:
•Installation: Install various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial and industrial clients.
•System Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform troubleshooting, and recommend solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
•Repairs and Upgrades: Execute high-quality repairs and system upgrades as needed, adhering to industry standards and client specifications.
•Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems to enhance efficiency, reliability, and longevity.
•Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about system issues, repair timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
•Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites.
•Documentation: Accurately document service reports, parts used, and any additional recommendations for clients.
•Collaboration: Work closely with team members, contractors, and office staff to coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.

•Stand and walk frequently and for long periods
•Physical ability to drive vehicles up to 8 hours per day
•Perform work on ladders, scissor lifts, roofs, basements, attics, crawl spaces, coolers/freezers, tight/enclosed spaces, uncompleted buildings or other hazardous areas, & be in outside environments in various weather
•Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
•Occasionally lift various items, such as compressors, tools and equipment, up to 75 pounds
•Bend at the waist, stoop, kneel, crawl, bend at the knees or squat for extend periods
•Repetitive motions and awkward positions
•Exposure to dust, chemicals and/or fumes
•Work around hazardous machinery, forklifts or other industrial equipment
•Grasp tools, parts or other items as required
•Work in a fast-paced and stressful environment with tight deadlines and timeframes
