HVAC Manager of Residential Division
As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a motivated individual to lead our Residential HVAC division. This is an exciting new position and has the potential for significant growth! The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years in HVAC and have excellent interpersonal skills. This person will be responsible for developing and growing the residential division of the Company. Must be a driven, self-starter who requires little supervision and has relevant experience with sales and/or marketing.
Responsibilities:
Our Residential Director will:
•Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential properties.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
•Collaborate with the team to design HVAC systems that meet client specifications.
•Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for project documentation and reporting.
•Develop marketing strategies to promote HVAC services and drive sales.
•Routinely work directly with our install and service teams and supporting office staff
•Communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and the best final product
•Be responsible for outlining procedures and processes to make the department efficient
•Develop strategies to reach new customers in the area and grow sales

Skills Required:
•Minimum 10 years HVAC experience with a proven record in sales
•High degree of organizational skills
•Excellent speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
