About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven HVAC Quality Manager to lead quality assurance efforts across our HVAC operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HVAC systems and a passion for continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality documents and procedures for an HVAC accessory manufacturing company.

- Conduct audits, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure compliance with best practices, internal standards, and industry regulations.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and field teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.

- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

- Lead training initiatives to promote quality awareness and best practices across teams.

- Support customer satisfaction by ensuring product and service quality meets or exceeds expectations.

- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with ISO or other applicable standards.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management.

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and industry standards.

- Experience with quality management systems (QMS), audits, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto).

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools.

- Certifications such as ASQ, Six Sigma, or auditing are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
