Manufacturing Associate Schedule: Monday - Friday

•

Shift Options: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

•

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

•

Overtime: Mandatory when required

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling metal parts, operating a rivet machine, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Assemble metal components with precision and accuracy

•

Operate a rivet machine safely and efficiently

•

Cross-train in multiple workstations to support production needs

•

Maintain a steady workflow and meet daily production targets

•

Adapt to a high-speed manufacturing environment

•

Follow all safety and quality guidelines

Requirements:

•

Must be able to work at a fast pace and meet production goals

•

Reliable attendance is critical – no scheduled days off within the first two weeks

•

Ability to work overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
