Responsibilities
•Replacement or New Installation of a variety of HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes
•Assembly and installation of ductwork in a variety of environments
•Conduct detailed inspections of new installations to confirm proper operation and identify potential issues
•Follow technical documents to accurately position and assemble system components during installation
•Communicate effectively with customers and contractors to explain the installation process, answer questions, and provide operational guidance
•Keep precise records of work performed, materials used, and time spent for reporting and billing purposes
•Strictly adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
•Collaborate with team members, offering assistance and sharing knowledge to improve overall service quality and efficiency
Requirements
•In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems: installation, maintenance, and repair
•Proficient in reading schematic drawings and blueprints
•Skilled at safely and efficiently installing various heating and cooling pieces of equipment
•Accurate troubleshooting and diagnosing of HVAC system issues during replacement or installation
•Expertise with hand tools and power tools specific to the HVAC industry
•Ability to handle refrigerants as per EPA regulations
•Outstanding communication skills for client and contractor interactions
•High safety awareness adhering to all company protocols

PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
