Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
•
Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
•
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.
•
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems.
•
Weld, plumb, and refrigerate components as needed for system installation.
•
Conduct field service visits to assess system performance and customer needs.
•
Build and assemble HVAC components in accordance with engineering drawings.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
•
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills
•
Knowledgeable in HVAC installation techniques and best practices.
•
Knowledge of welding, plumbing, refrigerating, and boiling processes related to HVAC systems.
•
Experience in field service operations within the HVAC/R industry.
•
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to repair appliances effectively.
•
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.
•
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
•
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
