Responsibilities:
•
Oversee and manage all HVAC install projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to company specifications.
•
Coordinate with the Dispatch and Service teams to schedule install jobs and ensure proper allocation of resources.
•
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of HVAC install technicians to maintain high standards of performance, safety, and customer service.
•
Ensure all install projects meet or exceed industry standards and company procedures.
•
Ensure proper equipment, materials, and tools are available for each install job, coordinating with the warehouse and parts teams as needed.
•
Monitor and manage install job progress, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure timely resolution.
•
Review completed work for quality control and adherence to safety standards, offering feedback and direction to installers when necessary.
•
Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns regarding the install process.
•
Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring the team follows OSHA regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
•
Work with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met and install requirements are clearly communicated.
•
Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained for each install job.
•
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, including job logs, inspection reports, and any required documentation for warranty and compliance purposes.
•
Evaluate the performance of install technicians, providing feedback and recommending training or development where necessary.
•
Perform other duties as assigned by company leadership.
Required Work Experience:
•
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation management.
•
At least 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including hands-on install experience.
•
Experience managing a team of HVAC install technicians.
•
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, install practices, and safety regulations.
•
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
•
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and leadership.
•
Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering solutions.
Education:
•
Associate Degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience)
