Our team has 25 years of experience in the design, installation and repair of residential and commercial heating and AC. We continually strive to provide expert heating, air conditioning, energy efficiency and indoor air quality solutions to our customers.

We have an immediate opening for an HVAC Install Apprentice! Someone with 6 months or more of residential and/or light commercial retrofit installation experience, or combination of education and experience. We offer full-time, year-round work, company paid training for industry certification including NATES and Electrical Trainee instruction and hours.

Job Title: HVAC Install Apprentice

Pay Scale: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

Shop Location: Tacoma

What you will be doing:

+ Gas Pipe + Refrigeration Pipe + Duct work + Mini splits, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, split systems etc.
