Hvac FABRICATOR Welder

Overview

We are seeking a motivated person with a good attitude to match our growing team .

We have a good bunch of people and not the typical politicking and bad attitudes so we are wanting someone that gets along with people and is a team player. We are proud to say we operate different and hope we always will.

Unfortunately we are not looking for someone fresh out of welding school or structural welders. We are very specific on what we are needing .The pay is based off of experience. our ad has a price range but it is not our top out pay for a skilled person in this field. This person ideally would be on time and have the ability to work overtime as needed with their own tools.

What we are looking for is very specific so please read the following.

Can form square to rounds, offsets and all HVAC fittings. (layout by hand is a major plus)

Familiar with flashings, curbs, grease duct and blow pipe.

Able to weld the above in galvanized, black iron, stainless and aluminum .

Can mig weld, stick weld(not as frequent), tig weld and even laser welding . The laser welding isn't a deal breaker as most people haven't used one of these machines.

The company will furnish all power tools and ppe so that its not a expense on the employee. This is all shop work and use of personal vehicles is not allowed for company work. We are looking to grow our welding department and are investing in the right equipment to make this happen. All we need is motivated and talented employees with a good attitude. Lets face it no one wants to work so why be upset or unhappy while we are there. If that is you and you are not happy at your current job maybe you should consider coming on board with us.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
