Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Customer Service / Phone Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing product information, resolving service inquiries, and driving phone-based sales. Your ability to build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding HVAC products and services.
•Provide detailed information on system options, maintenance plans, pricing, and promotions.
•Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
•Generate new business through outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
•Assist with quotes, order processing, and data entry using CRM and scheduling software.
•Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
•Collaborate with technicians and the sales team to provide accurate information and seamless service.
•Maintain knowledge of current HVAC industry trends, products, and services.
•Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer service metrics.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
•1–3 years of customer service and/or phone sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
•Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce).
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
•Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
