Metro Heating & Cooling is seeking HVAC Installation Apprentices Successful candidates will be highly motivated, have a strong desire to learn, and willing to go “the extra mile” to achieve project and company goals.

Job Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Should have some mechanical knowledge for HVAC systems, preferred 1+ year experience

Must have clean driving record and be able to pass background check

Must be able to work some long days

Must be dependable and possess customer service skills

Must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects. Team member will maneuver heavier objects with assistance from appropriate devices or additional manpower. Team members will climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces.

Our team expects attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time.

Will help install and test natural gas lines, electrical, venting and ductwork. Job requires concentration and attention to detail, with the ability to follow proper safety techniques.
