The Employee Relations HR Generalist serves as an integral member of the Human Resources department, dedicated to cultivating a collaborative and empathetic workplace culture. Core responsibilities include overseeing performance management, facilitating conflict resolution, and proactively partnering with managers to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
This role requires the execution of comprehensive and impartial investigations into matters such as harassment and discrimination, in collaboration with internal counsel, while offering expert guidance to business leaders. The ability to communicate clearly, maintain strict confidentiality, and effectively navigate complex situations is essential.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a solution-oriented approach, adeptly handles challenging situations, builds trust across all levels of the organization, and displays strong emotional intelligence. Critical qualifications include exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, adaptability, and superior written communication. Additional key responsibilities encompass building positive relationships, providing actionable recommendations on employee issues, and interpreting and administering District policies.
Human Resources Generalist II: ($91,215 - $114,018 annually)
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Public Administration, or a related field, AND
- Two (2) Years of related Human Resources Experience
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Public Administration, or a related field, AND
- Four (4) Years of related Human Resources Experience
- Six (6) years of related Human Resources Experience
