Coates Field Service, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and people-driven Human Resources Coordinator to perform the company’s recruitment and human resources functions for the Corporate Office located in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will report to the office Monday – Friday.
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator will perform and assist in the coordination of the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including full cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, editing and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Manages full talent acquisition duties from pre-employment through onboarding including recruiting, coordinating / scheduling interviews, interviewing, negotiation, pre-employment screening, generating temporary employment contracts, hiring, and onboarding.
•Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
•Prepares new/re-hire packet checklist and prints off necessary documents (Resume, Application, Background Check, Drug Screening, I-9 & Two forms of ID, W-4, EEOC, Direct Deposit, 401k Rehire Declaration Form)
•Preparing job descriptions and posting job requisitions to various job boards
•Enter new-hire information into HRIS Systems
•Enter employment I-9 information into E-Verify system, prints documents accordingly
•Create personnel, payroll, and drug screening files – distribute files accordingly
•Enter background checks and drug screenings promptly into Pre-Hire Screening vendor system
•Ability to write and edit job descriptions, company policies, and resumes efficiently and effectively
•Manages off-boarding procedures including coordinating with IT to terminate access permissions, relaying benefits termination dates, coordinating with Manager/Supervisor’s, travel expenses, etc.
•Ability to run reports and read reports for auditing purposes
•Assists HR Manager/AVP as necessary
•Reports on any issues to HR Manager
•Other duties as assigned

Preferential Skills/Abilities:
•Experience working in ADP WorkForce Now or other HRIS platforms
•Experience working in Talent Acquisition platforms
•Experience with self-funded health plans or health plans in general
•Experience with navigating through employee relations process
Education and Experience:
•1-3 years’ Human Resources experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Relations, Business Administration, or related field
Physical Requirements:
•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
•Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
•Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
