HRSD is focused on selecting a candidate to focus on the Employee Relations portion of the Human Resources Business Partner role. This role will focus on employee relations to include investigations, disciplinary actions and analyzing our workforce trends regarding employee relations to provide guidance to enhance our workforce culture.
Under broad guidance, the Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning HRSD’s principles with employees and management. The HR Business Partner will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and will act as a strategic partner in the areas of talent acquisition, benefits administration, compensation and classification, and employee relations. This role will require a deep understanding of HRSD’s promise, vision and principles as well as business goals and challenges, enabling the HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives that support both employee and HRSD growth.
